Who We Are

The vision for On Point Athletics began with the Rudd family’s love of the game and their daughter’s passion for softball. After watching her grow, excel, and thrive on the field, they recognized the need for a dedicated indoor training space in the Wilmington area—one where athletes of all ages could train, connect, and chase their goals year-round. Driven by that dream, the Rudds set out to create more than just a facility; they built a home for development, community, and opportunity. Today, On Point Athletics stands as their way of giving back, inspiring the next generation of players to discover the same joy, confidence, and success their own family has found through the game.
